Job summary

Aspire Developmental Services Inc is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide home and community-based services for infants and toddlers on the North Shore. You will partner with families to address priorities identified in the IFSP and support developmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts OT license required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to travel to homes and communities.
• Open-minded and culturally competent, able to interact with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for a caseload of children and implement IFSP through home visiting as part of the transdisciplinary team.
• Use assessment tools to conduct developmental evaluations informing IFSP outcomes.
• Facilitate small group sessions supporting early social-emotional development and parent support.
