Job summary

Beanstalk Academy in the United States is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and daycare-based services for children aged 0-3. You will assess, develop, and implement play-based, evidence-informed therapy plans tailored to each child and family, while collaborating with families to support daily routines.

The role requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and active NYS licensure; pediatrics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current NYS licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and sensory integration principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

• Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, self-help, and developmental skills.

• Participate in meetings.

Job Overview

At Beanstalk Academy, we are dedicated to helping children grow, develop, and thrive during their most important early years. Our team provides high-quality, family-centered early intervention services in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are passionate about empowering both our clinicians and the families we serve. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3.

Compensation: [$55–$70 per 30min session]

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children ages 0-3

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, self-help, and developmental skills

• Implement evidence-based, play-based therapeutic interventions
