BAMSI, in Brockton, MA, seeks Early Intervention professionals to empower families and support infants and toddlers facing developmental delays. You will provide play-based therapy, assessments, and coaching across home, daycare, and center settings.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and flexible service delivery to meet family needs, with strong emphasis on caregiver coaching and community resource connections.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Child Development, Education).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to engage children through play and model techniques for caregivers.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and develop individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct therapeutic services and case management in homes, daycares, and centers.
• Design and implement home programs that coach families to support their child’s development.
• Lead parent support and educational groups to build a strong family community.
• Connect families with community resources and assist with transition processes.
