Meeting Street is currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor in Early Intervention working 40 hours weekly.

Duties:

• Ongoing coaching and supervision of employees to support them in meeting productivity and service delivery model expectations.
• Partners with and receives mentorship from EI Director to learn reflective and supervisory practices.
• Maintains a modified caseload of families, providing service coordination activities and direct services.
• Monitors, guides and participates in the case management review process and other CQI activities.
• Works cooperatively with the EOHHS on EI related activities.
• Analyzes program data and demographic information with the goal to improve alignment of client demographics to that of the general population in our catchment area.
• Develops relationships with other community agencies and cultural organizations to build partnerships and to promote Meeting Street as a service provider and employer.

Requirements:

• Meets the education/license requirement for any Service Provider role in Early Intervention (Service Coordinator, Educator, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker)
• Experience working in an Early Childhood or Home-Based Family Service setting
• Experience in a training, coaching or mentorship role in any professional capacity
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
