Job summary

Pay-Less Markets is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker in Guam. You will maintain outdoor areas at multiple Pay-Less Markets sites, operating gas-powered equipment to cut grass, blow debris, and dispose of waste.

You may start early at 4am, travel to sites in assigned vehicles, and follow weekly scheduling. Responsibilities include waterblasting, trash disposal, and ensuring safety of customers and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver’s license and chauffer’s license preferred.
• Experience operating gas-powered maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Start work at 4am and travel to scheduled sites with company equipment.
• Cut grass with designated equipment to a height set by the manager.
• Blow or sweep cut greenery; dispose of debris at each site.
• Waterblast front facilities and trash bins on designated days.
• Maintain safety and protect customers, vehicles and property.
