At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL serves vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout Arkansas via Early Head Start and Head Start programs. We provide transformational learning programs in a caring, safe environment, offering free Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare across 16 counties with numerous centers. AEL is more than just daycare; we implement educational curricula from as early as 6 weeks old and provide various child and family support services.

The Early Head Start (EHS) Teacher will utilize indoor and outdoor environments to create rich learning opportunities based on daily routines and individual development needs. Every word and action matters in early development, and the EHS Teacher will foster bonds of care and attention to support infants' and toddlers' growth.
