At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, regardless of their circumstances. AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children from birth to five years old and their families across Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start programs. We provide transformational learning experiences in a childcare setting, offering FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare programs in 16 counties with multiple centers statewide. AEL is more than just daycare; we are educators from as early as 6 weeks old, implementing a comprehensive education curriculum. We also provide various child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment.

The Early Head Start (EHS) Teacher will create enriching learning environments indoors and outdoors that support each child's development through daily routines. Recognizing the importance of every word and action in early development, the EHS Teacher builds caring, intentional bonds that enable infants and toddlers to learn and grow appropriately.
