Job summary

Reach Dane is hiring an Early Head Start Teacher to provide nurturing care for children ages 0-3 and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Qualifications

• Education requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (with 18 ECE credits).
• Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development theory.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Experience in multicultural environments preferred.
• Ability to obtain Registry Certificate within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for ages 0-3.
• Provide responsive primary care for infants and toddlers.
• Create safe, clean, and culturally responsive learning spaces with licensing compliance.
• Support each child's cultural background and learning style.
• Promote social-emotional development and resilience.

Pay: $22.79-25.25/hour (based on education)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Full Year

QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED

• Education (one of the following):
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (with 18 ECE credits)
