Job summary

Save the Children in Oklahoma seeks an Early Head Start Teacher to develop and implement education plans for infants and toddlers, promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in collaboration with a co-Teacher.

You will lead day-to-day classroom activities, ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state/local rules, and build strong partnerships with families while reporting to the Center Director or Manager of Education & Inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized and group lesson plans for infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate with a co-Teacher to lead child development activities.
• Verify legal compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Create and nurture strong partnerships with families and report to the Center Director or Manager of Education & Inclusion.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of children and families.
