Qualifications

• Experience in Kids Ministry or church leadership.
• Experience recruiting and leading volunteers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with staff, volunteers, kids, and parents.
• Familiarity with Planning Center Online, budgeting, and digital communication.
• Ability to teach Biblical truth in fun, engaging ways.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Sunday programming for Kinder–2nd Grade.
• Plan and execute curriculum, teaching, worship, crafts, activities, and snacks.
• Create safe, nurturing, engaging learning environments.
• Foster small group care where each child feels known.
• Oversee Kids Discipleship Night during two 10-week Discipleship Rhythms.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and shepherd Kinder-2nd Grade volunteers.
• Build a culture of warmth, safety, and encouragement.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and appreciation for leaders.
• Utilize Planning Center Online (PCO) for scheduling and communication.
