• Support teacher in cultivating a joyful and orderly classroom rooted in routine, reverence, and the formation of virtue.
• Integrate Catholic life and practice into every aspect of the school day—teaching prayers, feast days, Scripture, and a lived relationship with Jesus.
• Guide students in attentiveness, obedience, gratitude, and kindness, forming them as whole persons created in God’s image.
• Support learning experiences drawn from nature study, hands-on materials, the arts, and rich conversation.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with teacher regarding spiritual and academic growth of each child.
