Responsibilities

• The teacher aide will contribute to the community of faith of the school and provide faith leadership to students.
• The teacher aide assists with effective classroom instruction based on students' needs.
• The teacher aide assists with implementing teaching plans and helps conduct classes in a manner which promotes student learning.
• The teacher aide assists with student discipline so that learning goals can be accomplished, helps to organize classroom routines and schedules, and assists with recordkeeping.
• The teacher aide interacts with students/parents in a positive manner.
• The teacher aide performs other tasks and undertakes other responsibilities necessary to provide quality education in the school as requested by the principal.
