• Guide students in attentiveness, obedience, gratitude, and kindness, forming them as whole persons created in God’s image.
• Support learning experiences drawn from nature study, hands-on materials, the arts, and rich conversation.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with teacher regarding spiritual and academic growth of each child.

Frassati Catholic Academy (FCA) in White Bear Lake, Minnesota is seeking an early Elementary Aide for the 2026-27 school year. • Support teacher in creating learning experiences that draw on the child's natural curiosity and wonder - through nature study, hands-on materials, the arts and rich conversation.
