Job summary

Bright Horizons in Missouri is seeking dedicated teachers for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions with opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost, while delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in a caring classroom.

Responsibilities include classroom activities, parent communication, safety, and supporting coverage across centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Background checks required by state and company.
• 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare or preschool preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide teaching coverage in various classrooms or nearby locations as needed.
