Bright Horizons in Benford, MA is seeking a dedicated Bright Horizons Teacher to support infants and other classrooms as needed. This in-person role offers full-time or part-time hours and opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll create engaging activities, communicate with parents about milestones, and help maintain a safe, clean classroom while ensuring coverage across centers or nearby locations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required.
• Strong communication with parents about child milestones is expected.
• Willingness to support in any classroom or age group as needed across a center.
