Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Full-time Teacher for our Wilton, CT center to nurture and educate toddlers and preschoolers.

You will create hands-on activities, communicate milestones to families, and maintain a safe, well-organized classroom in accordance with Bright Horizons policies and local regulations. The role supports growth through access to CDA and college degree opportunities at no cost, with generous benefits and a focus on developmentally appropriate practice

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Related college-level early education coursework or a CDA is preferred.
• One year of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Provide supervision, care, and curriculum delivery per Bright Horizons policies.

Education
