Qualifications

• Background checks required by state and Bright Horizons
• CDA or college coursework in early education preferred
• 1 year teaching experience in child care/preschool preferred
• Must meet IL Teacher Qualified requirements (60 sem hrs or 1560 clock hrs)

• Create hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones
