Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring full-time teachers to nurture infants, toddlers and preschoolers in our Little Rock area centers. Shifts run between 8:30 and 6:30, with schedule flexibility based on center needs. Opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost are available.

Responsibilities include creating hands-on activities, communicating with families, maintaining safe classrooms, and supporting coverage across centers or nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience.
• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group across the center or nearby locations.
