Bright Horizons in Lafayette, IN is hiring Bright Horizons Teachers for full-time roles serving infants, toddlers and preschoolers. You will design hands-on activities, communicate progress with families, and maintain a safe classroom while supporting coverage across centers as needed.

We offer professional development opportunities, including pursuing a CDA or college degree at no cost, and a supportive team that values growth and impact on children's lives.

Formación

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• College coursework in early childhood education or CDA preferred.
• 1 year of teaching experience in child care/preschool preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Responsabilidades

• Create hands-on activities meeting children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide coverage across centers or nearby locations as needed.
