Qualificações

• Meet Minnesota teacher qualifications and pass a DHS background study.

• Previous early childhood education experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond to emergency situations when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operations of the school.
• Assist with staff scheduling, supervision, onboarding, and professional development.
• Help maintain licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Partner with families to provide outstanding communication and customer service.
• Support enrollment efforts, waitlist management, and family onboarding.
• Coordinate community events, school activities, and family engagement opportunities.
• Assist with purchasing and budgets.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming school environment.
• Step into classrooms as needed to support staff and ensure appropriate child-to-teacher ratios.
