Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC is hiring Associate Teachers at multiple centers in Connecticut, including Suffield, Bloomfield, and Village Place. This role supports hands-on activities, maintains communication with parents, and helps ensure a safe, clean classroom environment.

Candidates must pass background checks, be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, and have or pursue a CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education.

Formación

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare or preschool settings preferred.
• CDA, Associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements as defined by state agencies.
