Bright Horizons is seeking an Associate Teacher in Shelton, CT to support toddlers and preschoolers with engaging activities, daily milestones, and a safe classroom environment. The role offers on-site work with full-time or part-time options and opportunities to advance through Bright Horizons’ CDA and degree programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some child care experience; a CDA or higher degree is preferred.

Formación

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
