Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. seeks an Associate Teacher to support early learning in our Hartford, CT centers. You will assist with hands-on activities, maintain ongoing parent communication, and help keep classrooms safe and clean in line with Bright Horizons policies.

Preferred candidates hold a CDA, Associate or Bachelor’s in early education and have 1 year in child care; background checks are mandatory. The role is in-person at Hartford centers and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements as defined by the appropriate State agency.
