Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring an Assistant Teacher in Oaks, PA to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with seasonal holiday help as well.

You will assist with activities, communicate with parents, and help maintain a safe, clean classroom in compliance with all guidelines. Candidates must meet state and company background checks.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements as defined by the appropriate State agency.
