Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate.
• Implement lesson plans weekly across all areas of child development.
• Maintain professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Ensure safety and well-being of each child and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Maintain child assessments and conduct parent/teacher conferences biannually.
• Meet physical requirements: ability to lift up to 40 lbs., move around children, and be active throughout shifts.
