KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood learners in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum to meet each child’s unique needs, creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids can play and learn.

You will partner with parents, colleagues, and licensing authorities to ensure high-quality care and education, contribute to enrollment goals, and foster positive relationships that help children reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
