Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Speak and understand English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and play.
• Engage with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
