KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with parents to foster each child’s development.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage with children throughout the day.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support each child's development.
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
