Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support early learners across our classrooms. You’ll implement KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education every day.

You’ll work with center staff and leaders to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, build positive relationships in the community, and help children reach their highest potential in a supportive, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by driving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
