Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to deliver high-quality early education in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, foster a safe, nurturing environment, and engage with families to support each child's growth.

You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, build positive relationships with families and community partners, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Able to engage with children safely and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
