Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to deliver our curriculum in a nurturing classroom. You will create a safe, engaging environment for children and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

You will partner with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building strong relationships with families and community contacts. Prioritize safety, development, and inclusive care in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• English reading/writing/speaking essential to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistently for each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support the child’s education and well-being.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and community partners.
