Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Redlands, CA is seeking a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and collaborate with families to support each child's growth.

You will work with center staff to promote enrollment and maintain high standards of care, while building strong relationships with local licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
