Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You’ll implement age-appropriate curriculum, create a nurturing space for kids to learn and grow, and engage with families to ensure exceptional care.

You’ll work with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment goals and maintain program quality, in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligning with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and development.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
