Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early childhood education in our learning centers. You will implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing space where children can learn and grow.

You will partner with families and center staff to achieve enrollment goals and maintain high standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a commitment to children’s development.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; able to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain them.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and care.
• Support center success and enrollment goals with staff and leadership.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
