KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking energetic teachers to support children's early education at our centers in Durham, North Carolina. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and engaging learning environment, and partner with parents to foster each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English literacy for communicating with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
