Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to support each child's development. You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement, ensuring high-quality care and education for children in Cary, NC and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support each child's development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
