Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and connect with families daily to support children's growth.

This role emphasizes teamwork with staff and leadership to drive enrollment, compliance, and quality care. Competitive hourly pay starts at $17 with additional state bonuses where applicable, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Maintain safe, active environments for children.
• Must read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum while meeting the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
