Job summary

The CoxHealth Child Care Center North in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time Teacher to support safe, healthy learning environments for children. With a 20-hour weekly schedule and rotating shifts, you will greet families, assist with diapers, potty training, and daily cleanup, and help implement learning objectives under supervision.

The role requires at least 6 college hours or a CDA credential, strong communication, and the ability to work well under peak times; Heartsaver CPR/FA/AED

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 6 college hours in accredited college/university (or MOA waiver) OR CDA credential.
• Experience preferred: 1-2 years in related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
• Greet parents and children at drop-off/pick-up; assist diapers/potty training and daily tasks.
• Help implement learning objectives for all ages/classrooms; stock supplies and maintain cleanliness.
