KinderCare Learning Companies in Minnesota is hiring a Teacher to support early learners in our classrooms. You’ll implement our curriculum to meet each child’s needs and foster a safe, nurturing environment where kids can explore and grow.

You’ll partner with families and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building meaningful relationships with children and the broader community. Your work matters to families every day.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children’s education.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
