Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher in Minnesota to support early childhood education by implementing the curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing classroom where children can explore and learn. You will partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building positive relationships with families and the broader community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success by working with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
