KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support children’s early education across our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment where kids can play and learn.

You will partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, while supporting center performance by collaborating with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
