Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
• CDA coursework preferred.
• Ability to meet state requirements for Teacher.
• Experience with Bright Horizons policies and environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children in a warm, affectionate, and respectful manner.
• Support developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities aligned with Bright Horizons/NAEYC guidelines.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding child progress and daily activities.
• Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times per program policies.
• Plan and implement structured daily routines with flexible, child-led opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates to support a positive classroom environment.
