Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers for our early childhood programs across Tulsa and surrounding areas. You will lead a classroom, implement the curriculum, and partner with families to support every child’s growth.

You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment, mentor less experienced staff, and collaborate with center leadership to meet enrollment and quality goals while delivering exceptional learning experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in process.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English communication with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom with feedback.
• Implement curriculum aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities and partners.
