KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor a classroom, implementing our curriculum to suit each child’s needs. You will create a safe, engaging environment and partner with parents to enhance care and education.

You’ll contribute to center goals around enrollment and accreditation while building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy,/state trainer (preferred).
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
