Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will engage families and collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment, accreditation and community engagement while adhering to state requirements and best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage several situations effectively.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
