KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, delivering the KinderCare curriculum in a way that respects each child's needs. Create a safe, nurturing space for learning and partner with parents to support children’s growth.

You will collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building strong relationships with families and the local community.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multitasking abilities.
• Active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically capable of lifting 40 pounds and working indoors/outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to fit each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center success by helping enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community, and partners.
