KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor peers, implement curriculum, and provide a safe, nurturing classroom for children. You’ll partner with parents, work with center staff to drive enrollment and accreditation goals, and collaborate with licensing authorities and community partners to deliver exceptional early education.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, English communication, and compliance with state qualifications; a CDA credential or NAEYC

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; state qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
