Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher to support early childhood learners across our centers. You will lead instructional activities, mentor less experienced teachers, and partner with families to ensure engaging, quality care for young children.

The role emphasizes mentorship, curriculum implementation, safety, and collaboration with staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals in a dynamic, nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
