Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Wayne, PA is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment for young learners, and partner with parents to foster child growth.

You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment goals, support accreditation processes, and engage with state licensing authorities, communities, and families to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and be active with children.
• Read, write and speak English to communicate with children and families.
