You will collaborate with a village of passionate professionals, helping children grow and families thrive, while upholding our commitment to high-quality early education across nationwide KinderCare centers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
